Hosted by NPD Solarbuzz, the inaugural North America PV Conference will address solar PV supply/demand issues relevant to PV companies doing business in North America. The conference will be held at the San Jose Hilton in San Jose, California on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 from 8am to 5pm PT.

“We’ve designed our North America PV Conference agenda so that attendees will gain a clear understanding of key end-market demand drivers, industry supply and capacity levels, emerging market opportunities, cost and pricing, new PV technologies, and the effects of trade wars on the global PV landscape.” said Finlay Colville, Vice President at NPD Solarbuzz.

At the conference, the NPD Solarbuzz global PV analyst team will also unveil the latest solar PV research, complemented by leading industry experts who will provide their own forecasts and offer additional market insights. Speakers and topics will focus on how US and Canadian PV end-markets will be affected by the coming trends. Future market opportunities in the US will also be reviewed, as well as an examination of the range of projects currently in the PV pipeline.

In addition to Cinnamon Solar CEO Barry Cinnamon and Solexant CEO Brad Mattson, conference speakers include executives from Advanced Energy Solar Energy, Enecsys, Enphase Energy, First Solar, Intevac Solar, PanelClaw, Solectria Renewables, and Unirac.

NPD Solarbuzz is also hosting PV conferences in Korea, China, and Taiwan in 2013.
